Order Processing & Dispatch
Standard Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day after purchase.
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking
A tracking number and carrier link (Royal Mail or UPS) will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
Real-time updates are also provided through Royal Mail SMS/Email notifications (if enabled).
Cancellations & Order Changes
Cancellations: You must request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
Address Changes: You can request a change of address within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, changes cannot be made due to our fast processing system.
