WeKnics Return & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for eligible items.


30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You may request a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:

Condition Requirements

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging intact

  • No stains, odors, damage, or signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


How to Return

UK Customers

  • Generate a free Royal Mail return label through our online return request system.

  • Attach the label securely to your parcel and drop it off at any Royal Mail location.

International Customers

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • For faulty items, please keep and provide proof of postage for reimbursement.

In-Store Purchases

  • Items bought in-store must be returned in person to the same store, with a valid receipt.


Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Refund Method: Credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of the same value.

  • If you need a different-priced item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, defective, or incorrect:

  • Return shipping costs will be fully reimbursed.

  • Please provide photos or video clearly showing the issue to speed up processing.


Non-Returnable Situations

The following items/situations cannot be returned:

✗ Worn or washed items
✗ Missing tags, packaging, or accessories
✗ Size-related returns made after 24 hours of delivery
✗ Concession purchases returned online
