Refund policy
Returning a XportTraders item is quick, free, and painless. We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days.
Just make sure your items are:
- unworn
- in their original condition
- in their original packaging
RETURNING ORDERS – STEP BY STEP
- Have your delivery paperwork handy
- Fill out the returns and/or exchanges section BELOW
- Print off the Freepost returns address label generated (UK only – for overseas orders, postage must be paid UNLESS the item is FAULTY. More info below.)
- Pack your item(s) and paperwork, attach the address label and send it back to us
- A refund will be applied to the debit/credit card used to pay once we’ve processed it – you’ll also get an email.

Sorry. Please include proof of postage with your return and we will also reimburse you for shipping.
I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT FROM THE XPORTTRADERS STORE
If you purchased items from a XportTraders store, please make sure they meet the above requirements and return them to the store with proof of purchase original for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we do not accept online returns or process refunds for items purchased in any of our stores.
Please note, XportTraders items purchased in one of our concessions must be returned to the original point of purchase.
LAST THINGS…
IS MY ITEM IN A GOOD ENOUGH CONDITION?
Please return the item in its original unused condition, ie in its original packaging with the tag attached. We cannot offer refunds for signs of wear, strong odors, or smoke.
HOW LONG UNTIL I’M REFUNDED?
We’ll try our best to have your money back within 48 hours of receiving the item.
